8) Online Marketing
Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking service provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
We use Google AdWords to promote our services on external websites by means of advertising (Google AdWords). We can determine how successful our advertising campaigns are by analyzing data related to those advertisements. The goal is to show you advertisements that interest you, to make our website more appealing to you, and to ensure fair advertising costs.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an AdWords advertisement placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If a user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie, so cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of different AdWords customers. The information collected via the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. These customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can opt out by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your internet browser's user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
We use Google AdWords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" agreement, which guarantees compliance with European data protection law.
Further information on Google's data protection policies can be found here: Google Privacy Policy.
You can permanently deactivate cookies for ads by adjusting your browser settings or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Ads Settings Plugin.
9) Web Analytics Services
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze how users interact with the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your anonymized IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, which ensures anonymization of the IP address by truncating it, thereby excluding any direct personal reference.
In some exceptional cases, the full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. In these cases, the data processing is carried out based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly. Additionally, you can prevent the data collected by the cookie from being transmitted to Google and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Google Analytics Opt-Out.
10) Tools and Other Services
Google Maps
We use Google Maps (API) provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive maps to visually present geographical information. By using this service, our location will be displayed, and any route guidance will be made easier.
When you access the subpages in which the Google Maps service is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google's servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged into or if no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish for this association to occur, you must log out of your Google account before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research, and/or tailored website design. Such analysis is conducted, in particular, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising, market research, and/or customized website design. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google in the context of using Google Maps, you can completely deactivate the Google Maps web service by turning off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps, and thus also the map display on this website, will then not be usable.
You can view Google's terms of use at Google Terms of Service, and additional terms of use for Google Maps at Google Maps Terms of Service.
For detailed information on data protection in connection with the use of Google Maps, please visit the Google website ("Google Privacy Policy"): Google Privacy Policy.

Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data disputed by you is being verified, if you refuse the deletion of your data due to unlawful data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims after we no longer need this data once the purpose has been achieved, or if you have lodged an objection on grounds relating to your particular situation, as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate grounds prevail.
Right to notification pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR: If you have asserted the right to rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing to the data controller, the latter is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you has been disclosed of this rectification or deletion of data or restriction of processing unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

If we process your personal data based on our overriding legitimate interest as part of a balancing of interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, with effect for the future. If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing. You can exercise the right to object as described above. If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing your data for direct marketing purposes.
12) Duration of Storage of Personal Data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined based on the respective statutory retention period (e.g., tax and commercial retention periods).
