Shipping

SHIPPING Fees

Delivery within Germany

Standard shipping in Germany via UPS is free of charge for you (for orders over EUR 100).

The delivery takes place within one to three working days after the goods have left our warehouse.

Shipping via UPS Express on working days

For shipping in Germany via UPS Express, we charge EUR 19.90 per delivery. Delivery will take place within the next working day if we receive your order by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.

Shipping via DHL / UPS Express on Saturdays

For shipping in Germany via DHL Express Saturday, we charge EUR 39.99 per delivery. For shipping in Germany via UPS Express Saturday, we charge 49.99 EUR per delivery. If we have received your order by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, delivery will take place the next Saturday during the day.

Shipping with UPS "cash on delivery" standard working days

For standard shipping in Germany on delivery (payment on delivery), we charge you EUR 12.00 cash on delivery fee per delivery. The delivery takes place within one to three working days after the goods have left our warehouse.

Shipping by UPS "cash on delivery" express working days

For shipping in Germany via UPS Cash on Delivery Express (payment on delivery) we charge you 30.00 EUR per delivery. Delivery will take place within the next working day if we receive your order by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.

Shipping by UPS "cash on Delivery" Express Saturdays

For shipping in Germany by UPS cash on delivery Saturday Express (payment on delivery) we charge you 59.00 EUR per delivery. If we have received your order by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, delivery will take place the next Saturday during the day. Please note that DHL Express no longer offers "cash on delivery" deliveries.

Delivery outside of Germany

For standard shipping to Austria via UPS, we charge EUR 21.00 per delivery. The delivery takes place within one to three working days after the goods have left our warehouse.

For express shipping to Austria via UPS, we charge EUR 60.00 per delivery. Delivery will take place within the next working day if we receive your order by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.

For express delivery with cash on delivery (payment on delivery) to Austria by UPS, we charge you 80.00 EUR per delivery. Delivery will take place within the next working day if we receive your order by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.

For the following EU countries we charge you the UPS standard shipping of 21.00 EUR per delivery.

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic and United Kingdom.

And for these EU countries we charge you the UPS standard shipping of 30.00 EUR per delivery.

Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece (mainland only), Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Romania, Spain (mainland only) and Hungary.

Further costs for standard or express deliveries outside of Germany, Austria and the specified EU countries are only on request.
